Procrastination

Before

I try to do ally practice every day. I find it works best to do it in the morning. If I don't, as the day goes on, I find myself putting it off.

Like today. The events of the day overtook me. Spring allergies are hitting me, so my energy is low. My bed is unmade. I was about to heat a frozen pizza. But now that I'm reflecting, let's see if I can fit in some practice before dinner. I'll see if I can rally and report back.

After

After the practice I feel peace and softness. Just resting here in my being. Soft flow of words, cosy just being. Just resting in being. It feels good not to struggle. To find union. Knowing. Thank you, [ally]. It feels good to be whole.
