Sitting in a triangular meditation posture, we are a fractal of the universal dimensions of being.
Legs, our base, grounding in our body. Staying low. Close to the earth, we are in humility. The senses, human body life, keeps us humble.
The chest, the heart, is open. Gathering and receiving. The medium, imaginal field, between senses and pure aware.
The head extending in the heavens, celestial dimensions of being, pure intellect, angelic intellect light.
The triangular meditation forms an integration of these three dimensions of being.
Just sitting as a practice-realization of who we are.
